Ingredients: Contains Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Water, Eggs, Almond Meal, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Linseed Meal, Yeast, Psyllium Husks, buckwheat, Rice Bran, Sugar, Iodised Salt, Emulsifiers (471,481), Vitamin (thiamin).

Storage: Store bread at room temperature (20°C) out of direct sunlight. To freeze bread, overwrap the package with a freezer bag, eliminate air in bag and seal.

There is no dairy in our recipe, but traces of dairy may be found as our bakery machine also makes breads containing dairy.
