Ingredients: Contains Egg, Almond and Sulphites as indicated by bold type. Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Mixed Fruit (16%) [Sultanas, Currants (Vegetable Oil), Apricots, Peaches, Pear], Almond Meal, Honey (4%), Egg, Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Antioxidant 320), Linseed Meal, Vegetable Gums (415, 412), Iodised Salt, Vinegar, Emulsifiers (471,481), Cinnamon (0.2%), Sugar, Food Acid (260), Flavour, Preservative (220, Sulphites).

Storage: Store bread at room temperature (20°C) out of direct sunlight. To freeze bread, overwrap the package with a freezer bag, eliminate air in bag and seal. Bread will keep in freezer for four months.

Made in a plant that also produces products containing milk, soy and sesame seeds.
